1. Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via standard ground carriers within the continental United States. Estimated transit time is typically 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Exact shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
3. Freight & Large Orders
Large-format panels and bulk/pallet orders may ship via freight carrier. For freight shipments, our team will coordinate delivery details directly with you, and additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or delivery appointments.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery outside the US, contact us at info@sitereadysupplies.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
